Cancellation & Penalty Policy

1. Cancellation prior to arrival:

• For bookings of 01–04 rooms:

  • Cancellation within 10 days before check-in date:
    ➤ Penalty: 50% of the total room charges and pre-booked services.

  • Cancellation within 05 days before check-in date:
    ➤ Penalty: 100% of the total room charges and pre-booked services.

• For bookings of 05 rooms or more:

  • Cancellation within 14 days before check-in date:
    ➤ Penalty: 50% of the total room charges and pre-booked services.

  • Cancellation within 08 days before check-in date:
    ➤ Penalty: 100% of the total room charges and pre-booked services.

2. Early check-out or No-show:
➤ A penalty of 100% of the total room charges and pre-booked services will apply.

3. Force majeure cases:
In situations such as natural disasters, epidemics, or unforeseen events beyond control, both parties will negotiate and resolve the matter with flexibility.
